RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return Window We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — exceeding the 14-day minimum required by EU law.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return Contact us at vociniobusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window exceeds this minimum. Upon exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price and standard delivery costs to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refund will not be issued for supplementary delivery costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option.

EU Statutory Warranty (2-Year Legal Guarantee) If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If your product is defective, does not match its description, or is not fit for purpose:

  • Contact us at vociniobusiness@gmail.com within 2 years of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
  • This right is in addition to and does not affect our voluntary return policy above.

Damages and Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at vociniobusiness@gmail.com with photos. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or personalised items made to your specifications

Note: Sale and discounted items carry the same return and warranty rights as full-price items under EU law.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
