Hey, I’m Jānis — the founder of Vocinio.

Vocinio started back in May 2019. At first, it was just me selling on eBay, trying to figure things out. I began by selling phone cases, but it didn’t feel right — it wasn’t something I cared deeply about.

What I’ve always been drawn to is style and well-being. I started digging into products that could reflect both — something fashionable, fairly priced, and also good for your health. At first, I dreamed of launching an apparel brand, but with limited funds, it wasn’t realistic. So I kept searching.

Then I found sunglasses.

They were the perfect mix of what I cared about: fashion that actually protects your eye health. I spent months researching lenses, materials, and what really makes a great pair of shades — not just to sell something, but to offer something I could be proud of.

Vocinio is more than just a sunglasses brand. It’s a comeback story. It’s about doing things with purpose. And it’s about helping you feel confident in what you wear, while protecting what matters — your eyes.
